Is the event free?

Children 12 and under are $4. Adults (13+) are $6. Children ages 2 and under are free.

Are pets allowed at the festival?

Yes, the festival grounds are pet-friendly. However, to ensure the safety of all guests, please keep your pet on a leash and under control at all times. Please make sure your pet is sociable and generally non-aggressive towards people and/or other pets.

Do you take credit cards?

Yes, we accept all major credit cards. However, some vendors may not accept credit cards; there are ATMs at several locations throughout the festival grounds with applicable service fees.

Are there any discounts availablle?

You will receive a $1 discount on all admission tickets purchased online on or before 5:00 pm January 17, 2020 – Promotion code: RAT. Discount is also available for groups of 15 or more – Promotion code: GROUP.

At the gate: There will be a $1 discount for Military, Senior Citizens,  Disabled,  and Students.

I just bought tickets online, how do I know if the order was completed?

You will receive a confirmation email with your e-ticket(s).

If I purchased tickets online, do I have to wait in line at the gate?

There will be a separate line just for guests with e-tickets.

I do not have a printer, is it possible to show my e-tickets on my cell phone?

We encourage all guests to “go green” by presenting your e-ticket using any electronic device. Please make sure we are able to scan the barcode (QR Code) from your device(s).  Cracked screens and excessively dirty screens would make this difficult.

Is it true that there is no admission charge for those who were born in the Year of the Rat? Do I need to show proof?

Yes it’s true! There will be no admission charge for those who were born in the Year of the Rat. You can provide any valid picture identification that shows your year of birth. For a list of acceptable identification for children, please email us at:
